Para-Equestrian
Assistance:
Para-equestrian athlete Sharon Jarvis was awarded a Wally Foreman Scholarship to assist in her preparations for the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games, helping to cover the expenses of basing herself and her horse in the eastern states for selection events in Melbourne and Sydney. The funding was provided to allow Sharon to focus on training and preparation, instead of the stresses of covering costs with adjustment, accommodation, travel and competition entry fees.
